Golf Stars Causing A Stir in Online Sports Betting
Online sports betters are waging on the putting skills of Tiger Woods and Michelle Wie.
Woods has won all of golf's majors in his career. Wie has yet to put her way to a first LPGA win, but big things are expected from the Hawaiian teenager when she turns pro in 2006.

At just 16 years of age, Michelle Wie is set to be the next great legend in women's golf and is already believed to be the greatest challenge to Annika Sorenstam's legacy as the greatest female golfer of all time.
The online betting site Sportsbook.com has posted odds at 1-2 that she will go winless in 2006 at the four Majors, but 9-5 that she will post at least one victory and 50-1 to win all four, the Grand Slam.
In 2005, Woods regained his dominant position on the PGA Tour after a bit of slump. Now critics say he is poised to take the next step in his journey by claiming all four majors in 2006.
Sports analysts believe Woods' most favorable odds are that he will take one major, a 5-4 bet.
